A brand new purpose designed Art House Cinema for Galway is currently under construction. Solas Picture Palace Galway incorporates three cinemas long with a public bar, bookshop and a café all on a very tight and confined site located in Spanish Arch in Galway.

The main structure of the building will be exposed fair faced reinforced concrete – which will be concealed internally within cinemas (for acoustic reasons) but left exposed in other areas both externally and internally. It will be treated with a white tinted sealer to achieve a translucent finish.
The project is completed and the cinema is open to the public.
