Designing a structure for a building is straightforward. Designing it well is more challenging. This is what we do.

We are a Dublin based structural engineering practice established in 2006 and have built our reputation on innovative thinking and structural engineering solutions. Our practice has more than 20 staff serving the requirements of our Clients.

The office, located on Lower Mount Street in central Dublin, is laid out as open plan to encourage interaction between all staff on aspects of design and production of information. It fosters a team approach where staff are involved in every aspect of the design process from inception through to completion.

#WorldMaritimeDay Scour had removed foundations to @BullochHarbour entrance 200 yrs after it was built. We designed repair details for @DublinPortCo; ADCO liaised with @DeptAHG; Irish Sea Contractors tremied concrete into scour hole and @TheNolansGroup rebuilt masonry #teamwork

As tonight is Culture Night, we're reminded of the innovative cultural buildings around Ireland that we have worked on in recent years, including the West Cork Arts Centre, the CHQ building, Pálás cinema in Galway and the Sean O'Casey Community Centre #structuralengineering

The problem: two columns in the middle of a function room in The Abbey, Athy http://theabbey.ie.
Our solution: a steel frame to support two floors of bedrooms overhead so the two columns could be removed.
